Boo- your comments are very naive. A significant increase in O/S shares would drive the stock below 0.10 to the 0.05- 0.07 range. A reverse split would force the stock even lower (based on compensating for the RS). The reverse split would be a strong signal for the MM's to short significant number of shares and thus driving the stock down to 0.02 or lower adjusting for the RS.

There would be no stock buy back. Dr. Da is certainly no benevolent CEO and certainly not a very good one at that. His approach didn't work at Apricus (name changing after the RS was a devious move) and certainly won't work here.

Dr. Da is looking out for Dr. Da and how he can get more money in his pocket but certainly not in yours or mine. Just my opinion.
