On the pink sheets there is virtually an unlimited amount of stock they can issue from the treasury. They then sell shares, if there is buyers (and hence the need to trick us investors by saying closing is end of May etc). So selling 600,000,000 shares at the end of June probably gave the company $60K at .0001 to pay closing fees. They probably needed more so they continue to dump, and promote misleading time frames so we continue to buy to speculate the big news release.......good thing is it is close just when, so therefore watch the stock to see if it "drys" up then the closing fees are in the bag and they can then release news.
