F - I'm certainly no expert but I disagree with you. To date, there have been over 1400 (PE) cardiovascular events, many of which were strokes, heart attacks and deaths, but you think the safety check ignores these but examines diarrhoea, nausea, etc? These seem to me as side effect checks rather than safety checks.
