Everone is bullish on BAC. Problem is the "control freaks" at the HFT exchanges will not ALLOW BAC to get out of the channel with a 25. +- resistance.
Still legal, but very unfair to retail investor. Squak at Your congress person, ...they can do something if they ever would! Sad!
