I do agree that .03 by years end would be fine, but if thats the case then BIEI is in serious trouble. Hartman needs that $1,2 million from the .03 warrants (and the $2,0 million from the .05 warrants) to keep his company from going under. He will run out of cash long before years end. And that's why he tries to talk the SP up, but he's done that to often and its backfiring on him now.

He should stop boring us with irrelevant opportunities and only come out with facts. One major news fact will propel the SP over .03 and then we're fine. I can wait.
