RE: "The City of Fortuna is far from resolved! The bottom-line is simple! The citizens of Fortuna hope to ban cannabis cultivation! Is there an update?"

The bottom-line? Woohoo!

Here it the update Which is not an update, it is information that was posted in response to the original skew attempts to try and bash the permit when it was issued:

The Pacific grow site is not in Fortuna despite skewed attempts to present it as such. And because it is not within their municipal border THEY HAVE NO JURISDICTION. NEVER DID, NEVER WILL.

OK, OK ... "burt wurt about them taking the battle to the county?" Here is the answer: The county is not going to go against a permit they just issued when Pacific met their criteria for obtaining a permit. Further, Fortuna doesn't have the resources or desire to hire full time city staff let alone fight a losing legal battle (please, please check the city website and get your answer yet again).

Is this City of Fortuna information what has been touted as due diligence information investors should follow? Should I just, "take my blinders off" and listen to this garbage over and over without responding to the effect that what is being claimed as due diligence is little more than skew?

Oh, and there is "more." Remember all the fuss that was made about the well, you know, "within the broader subject of irrigation." Such as it is, regulated by the Water Standards board ..... DRESSED UP SKEW YET AGAIN. READ THE PERMIT AND GET THE ANSWER. THE LINK TO THE PERMIT IS ON THIS BOARD.

I encourage all investors to really dig into what is going on with this company right now. A lot of it is good, even outstanding for a penny stock play in the Cannabis sector. Not all of it is good - the recent dilution was just plain dumb on KGET's part without them explaining their reasons for it. But again, look for some semblance of rational weighing of the pros and cons and throw the one sided skew in the garbage can.
