I've been in this stock for years.. low float.. obvious accumulation .. my guess shell game.. money to be made for sure.. last one I witnessed like this had a tremendous float and went to pennies on huge volume.. this goes higher because of lower outstanding.. I don't sell until I see several pennies minimum.. my opinion.... GL
