It's a misleading stat...it sounds like a lot until you realize it's from the whole existence or life of a company...ECSL has been around long enough to accrue losses year after year....that's how it goes with start-ups that for one reason or another have taken longer than anticipated to take off...but now they HAVE reached that point, and are ready to take off...they will offset that in no time...those losses were taken care of with a minimal amount of dilution by Mills and company...O/S count has only gone from 50 to 75 million in the 8 years I have been an investor...beats the heck out of 2 billion...eh?

Some companies aren't even AROUND long enough to accrue losses year after year...they're only in existence for a couple years before going belly up because of all the debt and dilution...before changing names and ticker symbols...LOL...thank GOD ECSL isn't one of those....
