I'm not going to say there won't be a RS in the future. I don't have a crystal ball. I personally dont believe there will be a RS.

If SFOR needs some money and sells 100 milly at above the current penny being traded they receive over $1,000,000 and can operate for another 6 months while waiting for settlements and/or deals. I wouldn't even care if Kay did that. That would take the OS to 2.4ish billion. Have you seen the OS of $BVTK$? It's almost 7billion OS and it almost hit half a cent today and I can't figure out what they have for sale and they haven't filed since 2015.

Who can't list the pros and cons and not see that the biggest pros are R&G, Blank Rome and the patents they are fighting for. Those three things alone carry more weight than any con. But without those three most longs would probably be elsewhere or just flipping.
