I don't think they actually hit 12K stores; last count was more like 8K stores. And when you get down to it, sales were abysmal - about $4 per store per day. A kid with a lemonade stand at each store would make more than JAMN did.
You can say that Rohan and Toevs weren't involved in the scandal, but what about Straight Path and their financing? Either they were involved or they completely dropped the ball on that one!
