Several people are thinking o/s will be around 190M. I will be the first to say IF we are there or higher AND NO WARRANTS were exercised, then this ain't too good. An rs will likely happen in the future then and knowing that, will be like a 1,000lb weight on this ticker.

* I still think 167-169M ish outsanding as I don't believe any warrants would have been exercised. Will be looking for that closely / cash on hand / and of course revs and expenses.

My theory is Bassam is going to come out firing with 2-3 add'l product launches in August just to get her over 15 cents for SOME warrant money. He is banking on those millions to help launch Fluti IMO (and continue to operate)
