I'm here because of an 8 millon float, a company that is "actually going current" as you can see by the several filings that have been issued the last few days. CEO stated public updates once current which should be any day now with the submission of the attorney letter. Has 1.9 mil in assets with a market value of under a million. Was an easy decision for me.
