Hence they are not in the FLOAT. But they are still in the OS. You wrote that the OS was the same. It changes the valuation of the company significantly. The value has to be divided by a WHOLE lot bigger number now to get a value per share. the market cap at 331MM is a lot higher (And harder to justify) than at 31MM. Although it depends on what we GET for those shares, obviously, that may make it worth the dilution.
SO, other than that, tell me what else is about this company. I'm looking for somewhere to put some large BVTK profits tomorrow (Yeah, I agree with you. It is going to be a weird day over there tomorrow. I think I'm going to bail) and I'm looking here. Tell me why this is one of my best options. I need to decide in the AM where I'm going.
