In the end it's all about catalysts that can take the stock higher. We have already seen what delays and uncertainty can do (to the downside).
1) the stock dividend will take us to $5 before the ex-date 2) a cash dividend would take us to $10 after the ex-date 3) debt financing for Tri-way 4) pre-IPO and IPO 5) SJAP carve-out
But there's another thing we haven't considered. Luckily for you guys I have a lot of imagination.
A partnership abroad. What does it entail? We know it's all about Capital Award. We also know they don't mind selling a piece of it. And what usually happens is, the partner makes a strategic investment (in CA). So they could sell like 25% of CA for $80M. Then you could get the "SPU effect" where the stock rallies up to 1,000% in a short amount of time.
Not sure what they would do with the money. Probably invest it in a new project abroad. But it doesn't matter.
