lol. What is OTC current? What exactly does that mean to the SEC hearing which is ADMINISTRATIVE? DBMM could file every delinquent quarter (highly doubtful) and the SEC wouldn't care. The upcoming hearing is administrative. Revocation is the consequence and end result for non-filers who ignore the SEC's 1 and only warning (before suspension).

Where did this "OTC Current" magical unicorn theory come from?? DBMM is temporarily on the grey sheets awaiting a judge to document the dispute. There is no upcoming "decision" to be made by the judge. This is all clerical at this point.

Here are your 2 possibilities, and ONLY 2 exist:

(1) The SEC revokes DBMM immediately after the administrative hearing is complete

or

(2) DBMM accepts the order of revocation, prior to the scheduled hearing date, and the SEC revokes DBMM sooner.

Pick your pleasure. You have 2 options in the case of a non-compliant 12k suspension

And what happens when DBMM is OTC CURRENT?
