To all NIOBF shareholders!! 3 big things!!Forgive me if this has already been said I haven't read board last few days;
1) private placement by Mackie probably drove down price since the stated price for (Canada only) was below current price at that time. I suspect many were dumping shares and buying UNITS Of the Placement and getting a sweet bang for their buck!!
Once dust settles on placement activity price should see upwards pressure!!
2) banks, institutional and other larger investors are waiting for the very intricate details of FS!! Which by law must be out within 45 days of announcing "Top end" numbers!! By law August 15 is approximately the deadline!! Once out watch out !!!
3) today's announcement is OFF THE CHART GOOD !!!
I hope many took advantage of lower price last few days!! This thing is going to happen.
