Appears to me ..imo .. after microsoft suit attorney suggested they show effort to sell their product enough to show in upcoming suits to prove they arent just patent trolls but dont spend soo much they cant afford to market it . Serioisly .. simple retail .. good product with demand requires great supply .. that is if the goal is to sell . If the goal is to provide evidence in court then sufficient is all thats needed
