Agreed Gettys_Burg. After finally collapsing the very tentative BID, held in the mid to high teens for a time, the trips have witnessed higher volumes. It could just be the "sub-prime", trip crowd-lotto players weighing in, but the volume does appear to be relegated to a tight area and quite strategic, IMO.
