The "well" that's being referenced, really had to do with the broader subject of "irrigation", which is regulated by the Water Quality Standards Board. It may have been resolved, if the tanks in the Tweets actually belong to the KGET partners, Pacific Cannabis Growers and California Cannabis Growers.

The City of Fortuna is far from resolved! The bottom-line is simple! The citizens of Fortuna hope to ban cannabis cultivation! Is there an update?
