It is not a scam. It is attempting to rebuild the base that was pulled out from under it. Toevs really is still involved. They really do have products that are selling. All you have to do is a little bit of research which you should be doing anyway.
If you are new to this company, the bottom line is, it is an investment opportunity that comes with risk. The fact that they did not go under speaks to both the products and the individuals who are working hard to resurrect it.
Have they had problems? Yes. Are they working to fix them? Same answer. Yes.
Just because they are not spoon-feeding information to whiny flippers who are not interested in investing in a growing concern is no reason to believe they are not working hard every day to make it happen. Buy if you have some money you care to invest at a risk, or sit back and pass on a potential opportunity to get in on the new ground floor. It is your decision, but for heaven's sake, if you are a whiner, quit belly-aching or go away.
