That's not free cash flow. That money has to be reinvested.

But Capital Award will make a lot of money from consultancy. I calculated $30M from every 3 buildings. So if they do 18 buildings over the next 4 years (conservatively) then that's $180M. Plus extra's.

If they spin-off half of Tri-way then SIAF will make more money from consultancy over the next 4 years than from sales of Tri-way. And that means dividends.
