shares can be sold whether a company is current or not, that has nothing to do with it.....
here on $ADHC if people are cryin mass dilution, in manys opinion that have study'd the action here, thats extremely controversial and highly unlikely
there is not one diluting market maker showing any type of action that speaks dilution
also, the volume has been extremely low
even on this last run-up, there has not been LARGE VOLUME by any means, and certainly not enough volume to justify a higher price
it does seem that there was some notice here from people as this is extremely thin - and in the OTC - there is value to having a low float - so a new group of eyes are on it - which will again create a higher base - but patience will need to be practiced imo
many days the volume has been zero or less then a million
as there are not that many shares at these levels, a few million in hits on the ask will bring this into the high .0020's as we can easily see
also, there has been admitted flippers on this board, buying at .0012 and selling at .0015 for weekend beer money
this is an easy flip play for 200k shares on a daily basis - and there are flippers constantly doing this
the last time news hit on this thing, it was EXTREMELY QUIET and no-one expected the news - and this thing exploded upwards
in manys opinion, this is similar action from the previous run, except this time, that news will be most likely a bigger step into solidifying revenues, there has been much NEW DD posted since the last PR
