Nite is not an MM and you can see that when you post a buy order. NITE goes up the same amount. Don't be ignorant to the fact that the filings should have been delayed and they need to file a nt 10q which they haven't done. His cell begins with 614. I owned over 5% of the company and get the Investor letters and can call him whenever I want.
