There has to be a reason for no filings yet. Is the company holding them for when NITE is done loading? Is NITE a MM for CEGX? There has to be a reason why NITE has been loading Millions of shares per day for the past month or so. NITE has been loading this up from 0016 to 0038. Something is going on behind the closed doors. People need to put 2 and 2 together.....NITE Loading everything up as cheap as he can get them for over a month = Something is going on that we don't know about but I'm sure we will find out soon IMO. I know it sucks not having any info on whats going on and waiting. But something is going on thats for sure. IMHO
