The website was not pulled, the domain registration expired. It's fitting that the company recently told me they only communicate via News or their web site, knowing that the website was expiring. So now we wait for news, which so far has been all lies. Its obvious that the lies are not working anymore, just look at the volume.

I don't think its legal to promise a dividend and then go dark.
