The 10Q will be out in early/mid August (7th, 9th, 11th or so). That may contain an announcement that will be significant.

However, if it doesn't, isn't the price likely to drop based on the disappointment?

And presumably there is no breakout or dip if there is no catalyst. We have been in this sideways zone for a month or so now.
