I've been shorting since 34. I know no filings are coming anytime soon. This company is a sham. I called the public number and asked him if filings are this week. He announced the filings last week and they never came and there is no filings this week either. It's because they have nothing to file but bankruptcy. This company is going under for misleading investors and they've been investigated by the SEC before.
