That is a statement I can agree with...

Here's the thing, let's assume that dilution took them to the max o/s share #...and assume $.003 PPS which is +50% now...

2 billion x $.003 = $6m market cap

Which is still about 1/5 to 2/5 where it should be!

And I doubt they would max out the shares but above is an extreme example
