Two years ago I sold off all GERS for a needed tax loss (it was big one). Then C&C went on contingency, the July 2016 Federal Circuit ruling and input from my IP attorney son started me buying again; like a drunken sailor. I may have lucked out as most of these shares were around a penny (after R/S conversion). The tea leaves look good, BUT KK may be drinking something harder.
