Accumulation has been going up since May. So there's strength.

CCI said it was oversold in early July and it bounced from there. So that's bullish.

I think overall it's smart to accumulate in steps here. Buy some under $3. Wait and see what happens. If it dips accumulate some more. Don't blow your load at once IMO.
