I'll up it one..:) Recall announced huge TrackX acquisition PR? Then an ERBB shareholder contacted TrackX CEO and he confirmed TrackX was NOT acquired and CEO sarcastically indicated the PR was for share selling purposes..lol..Unbelievable! ..then ERBB panicked asap after DD revealed,backtracked after that posting and PR'd there was NOT an acquisition and that ERBB would be a TrackX reseller affiliate..more lol..and that fluff never generated any income..

But here's the kicker..Not long after the charade exposed Shearin abruptly resigns..but it gets better..ERBB financials indicate AG " loaned" TrackX $100k and payment due in full last March28..and it was NEVER paid..and it NEVER will be..lol Was it a bribe or hostage payment?

Anyway, maybe Larry will inquire at erbb otcwatch and ask why erbb is not taking legal remedy to recover the $100k loan..btw, TrackX did a RM, and financials indicate means to pay up..
