Unless they have another financier to help buy out FIG, I think that reverse split plus share offering is the most likely way out of that contract. They have until Aug 18 (?) to meet the terms of the financing renegotiation agreement. So reverse split and share offering might come much faster than October.

If they can find another option to buy out FIG, there's less of a rush.

But - financing/dilution has to be seen as an option. I'd take steps now to prepare for that possibility.
