So I agree this is very positive news, but just to play devil's advocate for a second let's say the DoD did sign an off take agreement for the full annual production of scandium , in my mind a government agency is not going to be paying top dollar for this product versus a private market deal. Government spending has to be authorized at "market" value and that could be a very grey area if they tie up basically the entire domestic market. Could this lead to a situation where they could deem the price to be lower than we could get elsewhere?
