Apri holders get one benefit from Mexico if sales get going: vitaros brand grows bigger.

Does the Vitaros brand growing bigger get the FDA to approve Vitaros in the U.S. ? No, I didn't think so. FDA approval is the only way Apricus shareholders benefit from Vitaros now.

The FDA will approve Vitaros once it's satisfied with all the data that Apricus has compiled on it over the years. It has nothing to do with sales or no sales in Mexico or how well known the brand is.

Before Richard Pascoe sold Vitaros ex- U.S. rights to Ferring, there was a benefit to Apricus shareholders when launches in new markets occurred and sales of Vitaros were happening around the world. There was a benefit to brand recognition as there were many markets that were approved and not yet launched. Now it doesn't matter.

Only thing that matters to Apricus shareholders is FDA approval of Vitaros and that is it. Once approved in the U.S. then brand recognition becomes significant for Apricus shareholders once again.
