Here is how important it is to be on a national exchange. I was briefly looking through some tech companies this morning. I read an article about KOPN and through Scottrade, the other three were the listed "related companies." So I didn't cherry-pick these companies, it was all just what was laid there for me.

KOPN (Nasdaq)- 2016 revenue of $23 million, net loss of 20 million (net losses of 90 million over the last 5 years, no profitable years). Market cap= 300 million

MRAM (Nasdaq)- 2016 revenue of $27 million, net loss of 17 million (net losses of 45 million over the last 3 years, no profitable years). Market cap- 260 million

QUIK (Nasdaq)- 2016 revenue of 11 million, down from 28 million 3 years ago, net loss of 19 million (net losses of 76 million over the last 5 years, no profitable years). Market cap- 120 million

EMAN (NYSE)- 2016 revenue of 21 million, declining each of last 5 years. Net loss of 8 million (net losses of 30 million over last 5 years, one profitable year). Market cap- 80 million

Then we have VTSI- 2016 revenue of 16 million (increasing each of last 5 years), net income of 2 million (net income of about 6.5 million over last 5 years, all positive years). market cap- 30 million.

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
