That sounds like a vendetta against management rather than a calculated logical investing decision!
The supposed facts of how bad management is/was, were discussed here 6-9 months ago, so then, to me, anyone with that opinion could have sold at levels of 2 times higher than the current price, months ago! Does it really make sense to lose half of what was left (after bankruptcy was declared) only to try to get back at management? Throw more personal money away and HOPE that a vote will somehow punish them? Really?

Those that felt that way and sold 6-9 months ago at 2x higher prices have put this behind them over half a year ago, and already have gone on with their lives. Wasn't that a smarter decision?
