Technically, they are not yet delinquent in the filing of this year's 10-K

As I stated yesterday, we are not going to see these filings - they will either go completely dark (which is the kiss of death) or find some short cut way to get current with much diminished paperwork (which is the only way that they will be able to attempt getting additional capital into the company).
