Actually OMHE does NEED to raise $5 Mil

...thru dilution, debt, or new stock offerings?

They only raised $1 mil of the $6 mil that they need.....to pay it's insiders....lol

Their last SEC filing and one of their past PRs pretty much stated that they will either dilute, borrow, or have new stock offerings to cover increasing "expenses" and for "acquisitions".
