It appears TOPS will announce a reverse split of 25/1 this morning. Probably around 9 AM. It'll start trading split adjusted tomorrow. GE has been very consistent with the Kalani dilution. DRYS is down in the PM. 12 cents today would be about where it closes today. This has been the pattern, so why change it now?
