The party is far from over for the oil sands. Innovation is the key. The shale oil in the USA was not economical a short time ago. Innovation changed that. That article is not forward looking. I seriously doubt that Trudeau has truly been a disaster and I seriously doubt he will be in office after the next election if not before (2019). One does have to have the patience to wait it out or sell. It is that simple.
