You and others here on the board are accusing him of dishonesty and purposeful deception. Those are serious accusations! I hope you have evidence to back them up, otherwise it is pure slander.

This one has not fully played out yet so you are simply assuming a fail, but even if it fails, how in the world do you know that he was trying to scam people?

I understand the frustration. No one likes to lose money, but I resent the impugning of a person's character out of your frustration. Take responsibility for your own picks. This is biotech and nothing is certain. If you don't know that, you should not be in it!
