ATTENTION UBIQUITY INVESTORS!

Chris and Connie Carmichael are complete con-artists. They sold us all stock and have no intention of releasing the restrictions for free trade. They raid the company coffers giving themselves super shares and huge salaries with no investor meetings to vote otherwise.

The SEC and the Administrative Law Judge will de-list the stock in the next few days. Ubiquity Inc. will not declare bankruptcy as the Carmichaels DO NOT want 3rd party accountants looking into their finances - especially with still missing Q's.
