Yeah, some will agree with that. On the other hand, banks feel that you should be appreciative of the .005% interest they want to pay you on your savings, while charging 15 to 24% on credit cards. I know their argument is that it helps to defray those who don't pay, but don't give them a friggin' card in the first place!
