Yes! Those and that the investment is 65% lower then the $14MM that was "announced" by Alex Walsh in the last PR in June. I guess the "NY based private equity firm" that was supposed to invest dropped out after they saw something they didn't like. The PR said "with only a few small considerations in the final documentation, the goal is to close the transaction in July." No way would a legit company PR out something that was so preliminary. Also, if White Top is legit, wouldn't they be really bothered by the fact that Alex Walsh is leaking preliminary negotiation details (of a negotiation to which they are not even a party) while White Top is supposedly actively engaged with multiple bidders? It sounds so stupid and with no reason to do it (rather than wait for a final agreement and file it in an 8-K) other than just to pump the stock to his shareholders.
