More dilutive shares on the ask at $0.0004, with the bid dropping to $0.0003.

Investors may be dumping, just in case ALKM gets suspended by the SEC for being seriously delinquent.
ALKM has not filed an annual report (10K) since the one for 2014, so they could get suspended at any time.
