And if you'll look at the bottom of that "article" you'll find the little blurb that is word for word the same as Fernhill's Press Release:

That is not a real "news" story, only a submitted news site. ANYONE can post a story to that site.

While researching the man behind $FHBC, Lawrence L. Twombly and previous incarnations of this company I found the "AND" drinks as created by V Group Inc. It seems this same thing has been going on since 2014 under various names. All centered around Mr. Twombly.

Here's the andDrinks website, you'll find the repetitive pattern in press releases that closely match the story behind Fernhill under the News & Investor Relations tab.
