I agree that news regarding business activities is sorely needed. It should have come out when the filings were made current. In my view, Brian is playing this all wrong… with everything about the CCGI case consistently going in JNSH favor (even recently when 350Green principal found guilty of fraud in the case). With the fundamentals alone, he could have had this trading in a significantly higher range when settlement news hits. Maybe there just isn’t much going on… we’ll see when 2nd quarter financials come out… guessing it will show consistent profitability, revenues on par with past quarters, but not much if any growth. Brian is turning the potential settlement into a huge “sell the news” event.
