I never understand why there are so many doomsayers like BillPR on this board that lament as to everything when the stock traces back a little. Back and forth price movement is normal for microcap stocks as the market is moved by a lack of overall liquidity and thus a single buyer or seller can move a market. As I have watched the market quietly over many months it has become very obvious that VTSI has a couple of large sellers that have decided to reduce or eliminate their positions. THEIR decision to liquidate is based on THEIR personal situation and it is not a reflection on VirTra or its future prospects.

You never have to find a seller -- they are always there. Tuition, new car, mortgage, holidays whatever. Buyers have to be found and therein lies the problem with VTSI. Even on the OTCQX the buyers market is small and large buyers, such a family offices or small cap funds, are often prohibited from buying until the stock trades on a National Exchange.

The real opportunity, that even sophisticated posters here are missing entirely, is that VTSI has publicly announced, together with its underwriter, that VTSI will register, raise and uplist. All these factors bode well for long term price evolution. Consider merely the fact that a $3.00 list target is needed -- can't everyone see that the momentum of the capital raise will take this stock over the $3.00 price? Sellers now are basically discounting at least $1.00/share off their position for no benefit as the price gain will likely happen over the next few months as there is no reason why the raise and the uplist cannot be completed before Christmas (maybe even Thanksgiving?).
