Good questions.
1. Sellers on this news include short sellers intent on cashing in on a failed technology and some sellers who just made a 2 cent profit.
2. Margin account? I hold shares in a margin account.
3. I don't know who lends shares for shorting. My Schwab account has never asked for BPTH shares.

Obviously we need much more powerful news to get this PPS back above $1.
