Little in your post is new information . imho the decision on whether to vote dispersal or reinvestment depends on your willingness to "let it ride" with the possibility that three years from now you could get back to even. As for the many concerns you have relating to past performance, I expressed those same concerns years ago, although I won't repost them in order to show you how prescient I was.
This vote thing seems simple to me , if you believe you know of a stock with a better chance of turning $0.06 into $0.60 in the next 3-5 years, sell IMSCQ and move on. If, like me, you buy a lottery ticket from time to time without actually believing it is a legitimate way to plan for your retirement, stick around.
If you think things have been interesting these last ten years , wait until you see you see what happens next.
